As Head of the Intellectual Property Department, Bilal brings nearly 10 years of experience as an IP Consultant to his role. He provides comprehensive IP counsel, both in Saudi Arabia and globally, drawing on his deep understanding of IP law and extensive experience gained through numerous seminars and speaking engagements.

He provides expert IP consultations in Saudi Arabia and worldwide, covering all necessary aspects of IP protection.

Beyond IP, Bilal’s skill set includes company law, acquisitions, due diligence, drafting and negotiation of legal agreements, allowing him to develop comprehensive solutions that align with client objectives.

Bilal graduated from King Saud University’s Law School in 2011 and furthered his legal education with an LLM in the United Kingdom.

He speaks fluently three main languages (Turkish – Arabic – English).
